Walls Gallery is a unique platform for young artists in the city centre of Amsterdam, nearby the art district. The gallery was founded in 2002, whereafter it was taken over by Marloes van Vugt in 2010. Walls always creates a stir in the art world by its unconventional approach.
Located in an old garage, Walls organizes 6 to 8 exhibitions per year; presenting a dynamic mix of contemporary art. Street and urban art, photography and illustration is represented.
Aside from the exhibitions Walls represents a number of young, promising artists, which are represented at art fairs and shown in specially arranged exhibitions. Among these represented artists are Silas, Martine Johanna, Lennard Schuurmans, Paul Tas, KAMP HORST and Sander Dekker.
The gallery is also represented on several national important art fairs, like the Affordable Art Fair, Realisme and Art Warehouse.
